Hi, I am having the same problem. Obviously I won't buy the software/hardware to fix one battery, but I would be happy to pay anyone who could help me get my battery fixed.

Thanks. I have done that. I was told to purchase the full software for $350. Is there anyone here who could help me in any way?.. I am willing to pay for it (not $350 though

Ask them not to sell you the software but to fix your PCB.
