I have a similar problem with the battery Fujitsu Siemens. a bunch of chips BQ20Z7047 + BQ29330. The battery is discharged, but the charge does not allow. Trying to unlocking the keys through the key results are not achieved. New elements. At discharge, the discharge current and capacitance are not displayed.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
