Hallo

for the Analyzer i have to connect the Switch and to the Switch the Load ?

Whitch Transistor and Mosfet you recommend for the switch

At the Load LM317 : How many Watt should the R1 0,833 Ohm should have ?
something like this ?

But that Resistor have 0,820 Ohm .... is the exact resistance important for the Analyzer or can we use 0,820 Ohm

1. This switch is not necessary. Only if you want to discharge unattended. Use any P-channel FET.
2. Exact resistance is not important. The less resistance - the higher the current. Use resistor made of high impedance wire.
