Lenovo bq8030dbt problem.

I have a few Lenovo batteries with bq8030dbt chip and all of them with same problem. I reset the chip and everything is fine but with every discharge cycle the FCC drops a lot. I use quality Sanyo cells and monitor the discharge cycle with BE2Works analyzer. During the discharge at around 30-40% relative state of charge it suddenly drops to 0%. Also the FCC drops with around 1000mwhrs every discharge. At this point all of the cells are around 3.6v. Still a lot of energy left! Does anyone know what can be the problem?

This is after first discharge, now i will fully charge again and i will show you again discharge log. Happens every time during discharge. As you can see cells are fine. And this happens ONLY on Lenovo PCB with BQ8030DBT. I have 3 all the same.

Here is after 3 discharge cycles still keeps dropping, again around 3.6volts.

So this is what i found on another website. The problem as far as i understand is the Sanyo discharge curve has to be fixed. But how to do it?

At that article the problem is not solved.
They say that the problem can be corrected a little bit in some cases but not completely.
They suggest to use dump from similar battery with exactly the same cells.

I used dump from another Lenovo battery that is absolutely the same also same chip BQ8030DBT and cells are Sanyo again. The results are the same. I remember i was reading somewhere that there is a TRICK about Lenovo batteries with Sanyo firmware, but i cant find it now.
