CP2112 protection

Hello, I have issue with CP2112 . Second time I burned it. Is there a way to protect against the wrong polarity, maybe a diode on - pin? Due to the current situation with international mail, it is very difficult for me to get a CP 2112 and I have been waiting for delivery for a long time and I have a lot of batteries to reset. I also have an EV2300 but it can't work with newer versions of the Be2Works software, is there a way to work on the paid version. Thanks
