BQ20z75 reading issue

Hello, I have problem when reading basic info on BQ20z75 (HP battery). Cell voltage is wrong on some other parameters. If I try to read eprom nothing but read with info tab. Picture is in attachments. I try with few HP battery whit this chip. What is problem or what I make wrong. Thanks
