Dell U4873 battery reset and blocked chip

I have U4873 battery with bq20853dbt and 29311pw chips. I was able to connect battery through cp2112 adapter to pc and read battery data with be2works. However the chip was sealed and password was not default. I read on forum here to try drain battery so RemainingCapacity will be 0, and then reset password but when I was draining battery one of the cell went sudenly below 3000 V and the chip is blocked now. I cant read battery data with be2works anymore. How can I reset it?
