Bq 8030 remove TCA flag

Hello i have HP battery with bq8030 i can read the battery data and dataflash. The firmware is unknown. I edit the dump manually with hex editor and changed fcc and cycle count.
But there is also TCA flag and charge voltage and charge current are 0, there is no sys pin and the fuse is ok.
How can i remove the TCA flag?
