bq20z70 not supported firmware PF RSVD15

It's a battery for Medion with bq 20z70 chip. The firmware is not supported so i can't use the calibrate button. I click on clear PFF button and the safety and pf status turns to OK, but after a few seconds i get PF RSVD15. I clear it again and it comes back after a few seconds again, TDA TCA flags appear.
Can't charge or discharge battery. What does the PF RSVD15 mean?
