Yoga tablet YT2-1050F

Is it necessary reset chip on Yoga tablet YT2-1050F?
I replaced battery cells ( 18650 cells) , but now when I connect a charger, charging starts( current about 0.4A) but within about 3 seconds the current drops to 0.087A .
Is there any clue how to find out if it is necessary to reset chips( also with other tablets).

Nobody has any experience?
It is marked as BQ7541 but in fact it should be BQ27541.
Any idea how to reset the pin?
